How we look after you

Work areas are swept and cleared at the end of each day, and materials are stored neatly.

Dust sheets, floor protection and sealed doorways keep dust and dirt where the work is.

Sensible working hours, considerate parking and a heads up to neighbours before noisy work.

A named coordinator who knows your job and answers your questions.

Can we live in the house while the work is done?

Often yes, by phasing the work room by room. This is planned at the walk round.

Do you handle building control?

Yes. Where the work needs it, submissions are coordinated as part of the contract.

Can you do just one room?

Yes. Single rooms are quoted the same way as whole houses.

Send the details and you will get a written quotation with a clear scope of works.
