We visit, measure and talk through how you cook and live.

Design in house
Our in-house kitchen designers draw up the layout. Nothing goes to an outside studio.

Virtual reality walkthrough
Walk around the kitchen, open doors and drawers, check the pull outs and cabinet interiors, and change anything until you are completely happy.

Quotation
A clear quote with units and appliances itemised.

Order and installation
Only once you have signed off the design is anything ordered, then it is fitted in a planned order with the room protected and tidied each day.

Handover
Final checks, a snag list and a clean handover.

Work areas are swept and cleared at the end of each day, and materials are stored neatly.

Questions we are asked
Can I see my kitchen before I commit?
Yes. We use Kitchens Connected, so you can walk around your kitchen in virtual reality, open doors and drawers, see where the pull outs go and what is inside the cabinets, and change anything until you are completely happy. Nothing is ordered until you are.
Can I see samples before I choose?
Yes. You can see and touch the stone worktops, kitchen cabinets and doors at a showroom near Swanley, by appointment. Choose Showroom visit on the enquiry form to book.
Who designs my kitchen?
Our in-house kitchen designers, employed by Wentways. Design, supply and fit are all handled by Wentways, so nothing is outsourced.
Can I keep changing the design?
Yes. Changes are made in the walkthrough until you are happy, before anything is ordered.
Can I buy a kitchen supply only?
Yes. We supply the kitchen, and you or your own fitter installs it.
Can I supply my own appliances?
Yes. Tell us at the design visit so the layout allows for them.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
It depends on the scope. The timetable is set out with your quotation, and we can help plan a temporary setup.
Do you do kitchen extensions?
Yes. The extension and kitchen can sit in one contract.
No big payments up front. A small deposit to book, then staged payments, each one due only after you have signed off the stage before.
