How we look after you

Building work, without the upheaval you dread

A clean, tidy site every day

Work areas are swept and cleared at the end of each day, and materials are stored neatly.

Your home protected

Dust sheets, floor protection and sealed doorways keep dust and dirt where the work is.

Respect for you and your neighbours

Sensible working hours, considerate parking and a heads up to neighbours before noisy work.

One point of contact

A named coordinator who knows your job and answers your questions.

Questions we are asked

Is my wall load bearing?

It is checked at the site visit and confirmed by the structural calculations.

Do I need building control?

Yes, for structural work. Building control is applied for and handled as part of the job.

How messy is it?

It is dusty work, so rooms are sealed and protected first and the area is cleaned every day.

Does the Party Wall Act apply?

If the work affects a shared wall, it may. We serve the notices where needed and refer you to an independent party wall surveyor.

No big payments up front. A small deposit to book, then staged payments, each one due only after you have signed off the stage before.

Thinking about structural alterations?

Send the details and you will get a written quotation with a clear scope of works.
